Meet Shannon

   Shannon is a Laguna Beach native, who grew up in Southern Orange County. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design in 1992 and spent the next 22 years building a successful career in residential design and consultation. With a love for coastal living, Shannon created “Lifestyle By the Sea” to integrate many of the design elements of coastal living into her
work. 

In 2014, Shannon expanded her career to include residential real estate, recognizing the changes in newly accessible design capabilities. Her father, Steve, with over 40 years of experience in the industry, mentored her as she obtained her real estate license. Through their mentorship, a father-daughter team emerged, with Steve's extensive experience in market analysis and strategies, and Shannon's professional design perspectives and personable approach. Shannon's ability to recognize property details, especially amenities related to design elements, is a result of her design service background. With this knowledge, she is skilled in directing buyers, sellers, and lessees to the best possible property, pointing out any disadvantages, and offering solutions.
