Steve Brown did an excellent job, getting our townhouse condo ready for sale and getting two good formal offers before it even hit multiple listing. He had also found rental tenants for the unit in earlier years when it was a rental, and did an excellent job of qualifying the renters and dealing with maintenance issues. He was always reliable and efficient.
